Our professional standards and documents

Transition Law is an independent paralegal practice providing non-reserved legal services and data protection and governance consultancy. We are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and do not undertake reserved legal activities.

We maintain our own Professional Code of Conduct and Ethics and Client Complaints Procedure. These are voluntary internal standards, not external professional accreditation or an independent ombudsman scheme.

GDPR Check & Verify
